Are Markdown headings and lists rendered?+

Yes. Headings (# to ######), paragraphs, lists (- and 1.) and dividers (---) are rendered with a clean typographic hierarchy. Inline bold/italic is detected at the paragraph level.

My CSV uses semicolons, is that supported?+

Yes. The tool auto-detects the most likely separator between comma and semicolon by analyzing the first non-empty line. European Excel CSVs (which use ;) work without configuration.
