Terms of Service

1. Purpose and Legal Entity

These Terms of Service (ToS) govern the contractual relationship between HAIR INK PRECISION, a French SAS registered under SIREN 934 571 977, with its registered office at 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France, operating the SaaS platform under the commercial name "ModySign" (hereinafter "the Provider"), and any natural or legal person subscribing to a plan (hereinafter "the Customer"). All references to "ModySign" in these ToS refer to the commercial product operated by HAIR INK PRECISION.

2. Services

ModySign offers a SaaS platform for electronic signatures, PDF editing, and document management. Available features depend on the subscribed plan (Starter, Pro, Business, or Enterprise).

3. Registration and Free Trial

Registration is open to anyone with a business email address. A 14-day free trial is offered with no commitment and no credit card required. After the trial, the Customer must subscribe to a plan to continue using the service.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in euros (excl. VAT) on the Pricing page. Payment is processed by our payment service provider Paddle.com, acting as Merchant of Record. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the Customer's choice. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Term and Termination

The subscription is entered into for the chosen term (monthly or annual) and renews automatically. The Customer may terminate at any time from the billing portal. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Personal Data

The processing of personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy. ModySign complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7. Liability

ModySign undertakes to provide the service with due diligence. In the event of an interruption, ModySign will use all necessary means to restore the service as quickly as possible. ModySign's liability is limited to the amounts paid by the Customer over the preceding 12 months.

8. Intellectual Property

The ModySign platform, its source code, design, and content are the exclusive property of the Provider. The Customer retains all rights to their documents.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
