Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

ModySign offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. During the trial period, you have full access to the platform and can decide whether to subscribe. If you choose not to subscribe, no payment will be processed and no refund is necessary.

2. EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with European consumer law, EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the date of subscription. To exercise this right, contact us at romain.mgmt@icloud.com with your account email and we will fully refund your most recent payment within 14 days of the request. Note: by accessing and using the digital service during the withdrawal period, customers expressly waive the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU article 16(m) for fully delivered digital content; this waiver is presented at checkout. Customers who do not waive may withdraw within 14 days.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Already-paid months are not refunded prorata, except in cases covered by section 2 (14-day withdrawal) or section 5 (service unavailability).

4. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions paid upfront can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops auto-renewal but does not trigger a prorata refund of the remaining months, except in cases covered by section 2 or section 5. If you want a refund within the first 14 days of an annual subscription, contact us.

5. Service Unavailability or Bugs

If the platform is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to a fault on our end, or if a critical bug prevents you from using a core feature for more than 7 days after the issue has been reported, you may request a prorata refund for the affected period. Contact us with details and we will process the refund within 10 business days.

6. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to romain.mgmt@icloud.com from the email address associated with your ModySign account, stating: your subscription type (monthly/annual), the reason for the refund request, and the date of the most recent payment. We will respond within 5 business days and process eligible refunds within 14 days of approval.

7. Payment Processor

Refunds are processed via our payment processor and credited back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement. For any disputed charges, please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank, as this helps us resolve issues faster.
